By placing an order through our Website ("Order"), you agree to the Terms in effect at that time. If any changes to the law affect the Terms after you have placed an Order but before we accept it, those changes will apply to your Order. Otherwise, the Terms effective at the time of your Order will govern it.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Website and place Orders. You must also be able to pay using one of the accepted payment methods listed on our Website.

PROHIBITION ON COMMERCIAL USE

Our Website and products are intended for personal use only. We do not authorize the purchase of our products for resale or commercial purposes. We reserve the right to decline Orders that appear to be placed for commercial use or in unusually large quantities.

PLACING ORDERS

By placing an Order, you agree to purchase the listed products at the displayed prices, including applicable service charges, delivery fees, taxes, and duties. Orders are confirmed once you receive a notification from us indicating that your Order has been processed and/or shipped. We reserve the right to reject Orders for various reasons, including pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Items placed in your basket are not reserved until your Order is confirmed and paid in full. Stock availability may vary, and the Website may not always reflect real-time inventory status. If an item becomes unavailable after placing an Order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

We may offer pre-order access to selected products before their official release. Once your pre-order is placed, we will confirm receipt by email and notify you once the item is ready for dispatch. If we are unable to fulfill the pre-order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Pre-orders must be paid by debit or credit card. Other payment methods (e.g., cash on delivery or PayPal) are not accepted. You may cancel a pre-order any time before it is shipped. Returned pre-orders will be refunded as per our returns policy.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

You may cancel or modify your Order any time before it is marked as "Processed" in your Order status. If the Order has already been processed, you will need to follow our return policy to request a refund or exchange. Any changes are subject to availability and applicable price differences.
